Because we have many rack products online, delivery times can vary. For orders placed online before 2pm Monday-Thursday, if the item is in stock at one of our UK warehouses, next working day delivery is included. If the item is not in stock, one of our customer service advisors will contact you. If the item is required for next day delivery, please call us on 01902 960109 or chat online to check stock is available per your requirements.

Please email sales@therackcasecompany.co.uk with a photograph, description of what the issue is and your original order number.

We can then speak to the manufacturer and come back to you with your options.
